We celebrated my 26th birthday, drank a lot of wine, and continued living it up ‘quarantine style’. I have a lot of random lifestyle favorites this month from my new favorite online work out instructor to what Netflix shows I’ve been binging.

It has been two months of maxi dresses and bodysuits! They are the next best thing if you want to get out of wearing leggings 24/7. Here are a few that have been in my rotation…

dresses from mango

skin care routine – My birthday gift to myself was a few skincare goodies from Kiehl’s! I’ve only been using the products for a few weeks, so I will do a full review after I’ve used them a while longer. But spoiler- they are in this post which means so far I am loving them. I have already noticed a difference in my skin texture and can’t wait to keep using them.
mac eyeliner – I’ve been playing around with my beauty routine and fell back in love with my MAC eyeliner. This is huge considering my Marc Jacobs eyeliner has been in thousands of my monthly favorites blog posts. I dabbled with shadow for liner, and will do that every now and then, but I’ve been gravitating towards my brown MAC pencil the past month!
drug store hairsprays – I go through phases of buying expensive brands and drug store hair products. Hairspray is one of the things I feel like you can 100% hit the jackpot on. I just finished my first bottle of the Schwarzkopf got2b and will definitely be repurchasing!

iced coffee – shocking, right? If you follow along on my Insta stories you were probably expecting this one! I’m addicted to the tiktok coffee aka dalgona coffee. I make mine by adding 1 tbsp of coffee, water, and splenda to a cup, mix it with a hand-mixer until fluffy, and then add ice + milk! I usually throw in a dash of cinnamon or vanilla too!

crystal light lemonade – Ireland has been HOT. And I am not complaining. On the weekends, I’ve been addicted to making a big pitcher of pink lemonade. It’s so refreshing and is sugar free!

lettuce from our garden – pretty rad, right? So far we have harvested a few types of lettuce, raspberries, and strawberries.
rice crackers/cakes – Lidl have rice crackers by Rivercote that are super cheap and the kind of snack that you end up polishing off in one sitting. I’m ADDICTED. We also found some delish flavored rice cakes. They are clearly my new favorite snack.
homemade crepes – our new brunch go-to has been crepes! They are super easy to make. And who can resist anything that involves nutella?
MadFit – my new GIRL! I have been doing her workout videos on YouTube the past couple of months and love them. She has a few yoga videos, but mainly focuses on HIIT and dance videos. My current favorite are her song work outs. I just did an ab video to Yummy by JB and it was amazing. Highly recommend!

netflix shows – My bf and I have been LOVING Schitt’s Creek. It’s so hilarious! Highly recommend watching it if you haven’t yet! I have also been watching a few French shows, which has been fun to mix it up. I studied French in high school and now that I live a short flight away from France, why not refresh my memory?
songs –
Dancing in the Moonlight by Jubël and NEIMY – a must for your party playlist
Nothing in This World by Paris Hilton – for your throwback playlist (PLEASE tell me you know this one!!)
Hold You In My Arms by Ray LaMontagne – for your chill playlist
I Don’t Know About You by Chris Lane – for my southern gals + fellas
The past few weeks have been heavy. I have been and will continue to pray, educate myself, and be aware. My heart breaks for my friends who have experienced racism (I never thought about that before this happened…which blows my mind) and for the stories I have heard over the past few weeks. I’m thankful I was brought up in a way that accepts everyone and that I am surrounded by people who aren’t assholes. #BlackLivesMatter
For resources and how you can help, I am referencing fellow blogger, Alyson Haley’s blog post because I think it is filled with a lot of helpful information.

Some great favourites (especially iced coffee haha)
