Date nights are looking a little different this year, but I wanted to share some cute ideas (and outfits) to help inspire you and your boo.

ACTIVITY NIGHT
The biggest perk of dates in lockdown is getting to wear comfortable clothes. We all need a little R&R, so I had to theme a date night around staying cozy! This outfit would be perfect for a hot chocolate and baking sesh or your own “painting with a twist” date night. If you’re not familiar with painting with a twist, it’s where you drink and paint. Sounds like a good time to me!
TAKEAWAY DINNER
Drive around town, look at pretty houses, and pick up yummy food from your favorite takeaway. To amp it up, get your drinks + music to match the cuisine. Go a little extra!
DINNER + COCKTAIL NIGHT
We recently ordered oysters, mussels, and clams for an at-home seafood feast! If you’re not near fresh seafood, go to your local store’s seafood counter and get the goods to create an at-home seafood broil. Kev and I have done this quite a few times, and it’s always one of my fave date nights at home. A lil’ cooking, lil’ wine, and quality time.
MOVIE BINGING SESSION
Would it be a 2020 date night blog post if it didn’t mention binging movies? Pick a series and get a strong snack game. Pinterest search or browse your fave magazines for some inspo. Or create each other’s favorite childhood treats. Kiss cookies always do it for me! Bonus points if you have a cute puppy to join the party.
