After taking one flight + three bus rides I made it to London! One of my older brothers was in town for work so I had to make the trip over. The long weekend was filled with bottles of rose, lots of walking, Broadway plays, and sports.
In this post I recapped a few highlights of we did each day + what I wore. Eventually when I’ve been to London than twice I’ll put together a list of my favorite spots for y’all! I definitely found a few this trip.
I didn’t get tons of pics, but still wanted to share our incredible few days in London! Hope you enjoy!

Wore my new Zara sweater and didn’t get a great picture of it! I got one inside of Bill’s and the lighting was terrible, but the food was good. Ya win some, ya lose some.
Borough Market – We didn’t explore around too much, but I would go back next time if I wanted something specific. It’s pretty much everyone’s recommendation.
Brunch at Bill’s – After wandering around Borough Market just a few blocks from our hotel, we stumbled upon Bill’s. They had a lunch special where you can get three courses for a super reasonable price. It was probably one of my favorite meals the whole trip and we almost went back again!
Book of Mormon – At brunch we decided to book tickets to the Book of Mormon! We were *falling off our chair it was so funny* (name that movie). It’s always fun to see plays when traveling and we were both really happy we went.
Piccadilly Circus – If your travel buddy loves Call of Duty, this spot is probably on their London list. The game has a level in Piccadilly Circus and apparently it looks identical. It’s a really fun area with a lot to do. We ended up getting Shake Shack and gambled a bit! I somehow rolled a few snake eyes in a row and probably looked so professional singing the Jonas Brothers while doing it.

Lots of walking! We walked from our hotel to Buckingham Palace area. When I travel I love walking around because you get to see the city and stumble in random stores or down beautiful streets.
Drinks at the Ivy – Okay so I went to The Ivy in Dublin and was obsessed with it and at this point we had been walking for an hour or so and deserved a fancy cocktail. I told my brother it was a cool spot so we decided to sit at the bar for drinks. I got a cute pink gin cocktail and it was so delicious.
The School of Rock – Spontaneously changed our plans since we saw The School of Rock was performing a few blocks away. How could we not resist?! It ended up being a little ‘meh’ but it’s something to laugh about. Now I just want to watch the movie!
After the show we walked around the Camden area which we both LOVED! It was so cute/cool and one of my high school friends who lived in London said it is one of the best spots.

Walked around London Tower + Tower Bridge – I think this area is really pretty. They also have little food vendors sometimes which we got a snack at our first trip in London.
Brunch at Coppa Club – Book this place in advance when you go to London! They have igloos you can sit in and it’s so so cute. Since it was a Saturday and spontaneous trip, we didn’t get an igloo spot but still really enjoyed the vibes and food. It’s also right near London Tower and the place were we went on the evening boat cruise!

Buckingham Palace – You can’t not! I also had written down a fish & chips place near there to try, but we didn’t make it there. It’s called Bag of Nails if you want to look into it!

Burritos near Trafalgar Square – A London version of Moes! We went to this place our first trip to London too haha. I just can’t turn down Mexican food and luckily neither can my bro/bf!

SoHo – We LOVED Carnaby Street. Perfect spot for shopping, eating, and wandering! Also found really good drink deals at local pubs. Because you already know we can’t miss an Arsenal game.

Night Boat Cruise – I always love going on a boat cruise when traveling! Chicago and Paris have been my two faves so far. This was a two hour cruise and right near Tower Bridge. It was GORG and a fun way to end our weekend in the city.
So thankful to reunite with my big bro and spend a long weekend enjoying the city of London. He and my bf spoil me rotten and I’m a one lucky girl. I also still can’t wrap my head around that I live somewhere where I can fly so cheap to so many beautiful places. God is good!

This looks like a fantastic trip!
It was pretty rad!!
Wow! Want an awesome older brother. You are one lucky girl!
Lol, thanks “Jason”! Wish you were my older bro instead!
