NOLA was a wild weekend.  We listened to jazz, counted all the left over Mardi Gras beads on Bourbon Street, & soaked in history of the city!  It was my first time in New Orleans and my number one recommendation would be to visit the Garden District!  I stumbled across the cutest stores (perch. being my favorite), strolled through an art market, and admired all of the gorgeous over the top homes.   We went to the WWII museum (hence the gorrrgeous yellow button you can spot on my first outfit picture- whoops!) and spent most of the time walking through the French Quarter.  My trusty white sneakers were the best choice considering how much walking we did!  I don’t think before this trip I had ever paired a dress with sneakers (other than converse) and it was literally all I wore!
