As a southern belle, rocking cowboy boots is a must! I paired my Ariat International cowboy boots that I got on a trip to visit my grandparents in West Virginia with black Gap pants and a knit garnet sweater that I love from Her Boutique! This look was ideal for my day spent shopping and wandering the streets of Charleston, South Carolina because it was comfortable but still dressy.
Since everyone seems to be experiencing a warmer winter so far, this light weight sweater should be in everyone’s closets! I paired it with a black bandeau to be appropriate for the mild weather while still keeping me warm. As you may know, the Charleston breeze is the perfect atmosphere for sweater weather. This sweater has an a-line style which makes it easy to wear with leggings, or to pair with jeans. Throughout the day I also pulled it off the shoulder…*swoon*.
As far as accessories, I decided to spice things up a little bit and went with a statement necklace from Rocksbox, a Michael Kors cross body, diamond stud earrings, and red lips! This completed my downtown chic look, and gave me a little more gumption to my winter casual look.
This look is so cute! I love Charleston- what a beautiful city! 🙂

Love your outfit!
This outfit is super cute! I wish it was more fashionably acceptable to wear cowboy boots everyday up north. I would love to rock my Ariat boots like this!
Girl, you should just do it! 🙂
